A community conversation to discuss the publication of A New Met for London 2

Dear Residents,

You are invited to join a community conversation to discuss the publication of A New Met for London 2. 

This is our strategy that will shape how we police London for the next two years, and we are committed to listening to the thoughts and feelings of the communities it will affect.

This will take place at the Thomas Wall Centre, 52 Benhill Avenue, SM1 4DP , on Tuesday, 7th October 2025.

Doors will open from 17:00, the event will start at 19:00.

How  to get here:

Bus Routes – Nearest bus stops: Lenham Road (154 & S2). Other stops nearby: Throwley Way  164, 213, 280, SL7.. 

Train Routes – Nearest stations are Sutton Train Station (10 minutes’ walk down Sutton High Street) and Sutton West Station (20 minutes’ walk).

Car Travel – 

Walking Distance – Walking distance from Sutton High Street (5 minutes). High Street junction with Benhill Avenue, when you get to the junction of Throwley Way, cross and continue walking straight all the way to the junction of Benhill Avenue with Lenham Road
